"I feel there are two people inside me - me and my intuition. If I go against her, she'll screw me every time, and if I follow her, we get along quite nicely." Kim Basinger
Intuition can lead you into new, undiscovered areas if not only lose its battle with the mind. So use both. Because, thinking without intuition, as Albert Einstein said - is empty.
The voice of our intuition is very useful and important during our journey through the world. In fact, our brain processes a huge amount of information that we do not know about. In other words, when we have a premonition, there is a reason for it. Our mind works without informing us about our actions. It sends us messages without any explanation. Although the world is not built to be guided solely by it, it is worthwhile to listen to what intuition tells us..
like sun wake up slowly
like ocean move gently
like air be present
like wind, like fire, like rain
Last month was a very special time during which I've got into the world of yoga much deeper than ever before. I studied the whole field from its very basics and I must say that I’ve got into the journey that happened to be much more than I’ve ever expected. Not only it was the best asana practice itself but also it was the most beautiful excursion towards meditation, breath, philosophy, mantra, physiology, anatomy and towards myself. Even thought I have a feeling that one month was just a short brief to this entire field, I know, I was given a great base to explore this venture by myself, and I can't wait to do so.
Frozen feet and hands, cold air penetrating the whole body. Standing at the top of the Kunjapuri Temple and waiting for the sun to emerge from behind the mountains. Drawing the solar energy from the very morning energized me from within. I feel that my body, mind and soul absorb everything in here. Energy is harmonised and mind is purified. It’s really worth to stop for a minute sometime and reflect on what our head and our thoughts are telling us.
