From a certain perspective one could conclude that without mindfulness set at the present moment, it is difficult to live and act consciously. There are many exercises to deepen attendance, and among them all the most fundamental is the practice of deep relaxation.
Superfoods are foods packed with nutrients, antioxidants, chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, proteins, enzymes that can improve the condition and ability of the body almost overnight. It is not a great deal to eat the worthless food, the true art is to provide the body with a meal that nourishes it, regenerates, improves immunity, provides energy, and is quickly and easily digested. Of course, it is not about giving up our dietary habits and starting to eat radically, using only superfoods. A good diet is a well-balanced diet where superfood takes an important but not exclusive place.
